Durante uma entrevista à revista Rolling Stone a cantora Madonna comentou novamente sobre a sociedade secreta e conspiratória Illuminati. "Acusam-me de ser membro dos Illuminati, mas sei quem são os verdadeiros membros e sei de onde veio essa palavra".
Segundo a rainha do pop, Illuminati é um grupo de cientistas, artistas e filósofos que floresceu durante o Iluminismo. Na versão contemporânea, é chamado também – não por ela – de "nova ordem mundial", disposta a estabelecer uma tirania global. Na letra de sua música, Madonna cita Beyoncé, Jay Z, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Oprah Winfrey, o presidente Barack Obama, a Rainha Elizabeth e até o Papa… dando a entender que são supostos membros.
A produção da faixa é do Kanye West, que de acordo com Madonna, amou a música. "Ficamos preocupados que ele batesse a cabeça no teto".
