O Europe Music Awards (EMA), realizado no domingo, dia 6, em Belfast, na Irlanda do Norte, consagrou Lady Gaga como a grande vencedora. Indicada em seis categorias, a estrela pop conquistou quatro dos prêmios: Melhor Música e Melhor Clipe, com "Born This Way", Melhor Artista Feminino e por ter os maiores fãs.
Um prêmio especial foi entregue ao Queen, escolhido como um ícone global pela MTV. Os homenageados fizeram uma performance histórica, com Adam Lambert nos vocais.
